For the first time, in partnership with Alma Sol, we are offering a women’s jungle retreat.
This retreat is for the woman who feels tired of her routine and craves something deeper. For the woman who wants to learn how to put herself first, to reconnect with her body, to awaken her curiosity, and to experience what it feels like to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature. It is for the woman who has felt her “why” slipping away and longs to spark something alive within her again.
To be held at Dolphin Quest, a unique ecolodge nestled deep in the jungle of Costa Rica’s Golfo Dulce—one of only four tropical fjords in the world—this retreat is unlike any other. It is a multifaceted experience that weaves together nutrition and herbalism workshops, yoga and meditation, sound healing, cacao ceremony, women’s circles, and adventures through immersive nature experiences.
Here, nature is more than a setting. It is our backdrop, our guide, and our greatest teacher. The jungle, ocean, and wildlife invite us to slow down, pay attention, and rediscover the parts of ourselves we often forget in daily life.

Dolphin Quest
Dolphin Quest is a family owned Jungle-Lodge surrounded by Piedras Blancas National Park, on the Golfo Dulce.
